White-label website scanner for agencies
Turn a website scan into a sales conversation.
Put a scanner under your agency's brand. Local business owners see their site measured against the first businesses with a website in Google’s list for their trade and city, and you get the lead and the report.
No card needed to set it up. Your 14-day free trial starts when you go live. See a real report
How it works
Set it up once. The leads come to you.
Every step below is live today. The walkthrough shows each one with a sample scan, drawn by the same code the real product uses.
- 01
Make it yours
Sign up with your company name and email, and your dashboard link arrives by email. Add your logo, colours and button text, and a preview beside the form redraws as you go.
The scanner, the report page and the emailed report all carry your branding, and attribution is off by default, so nothing on them says who built the tool unless you switch it on.

Put it in front of prospects
Paste one line of code into your website to show the scanner on the page, in a pop-up, or in a tab in the corner. Or skip the code and share your own hosted scanner link.
The pop-up and the corner tab do not load until someone clicks, so they do not slow the page down.

A business owner scans their site
They enter their website, trade, city and email. The scanner looks up Google’s list for that trade and city while it runs and takes up to six of the first businesses on it that have a website. Nobody types in a list.
Review counts are read the moment the scan runs. The Domain Rating may have been retrieved earlier, and the report states both dates.

They see where they stand
The report runs up to twelve graded checks on their site and compares it with those competitors. Every plan shows the same full report.
A check with no data that day is never graded as a failure: it shows as no data, or is left off. If one of your existing clients scans their own site, client safe mode shows them a message you wrote instead of a report card, and you still get the full report.
The report also checks AI visibility: three AI models are asked, when available, which businesses they would name for that trade and city. A name is marked when it matches a Google Maps listing we retrieved for that search.

You get the lead
Their email, website, grades and a link to the full report go to your dashboard and your inbox, and to your CRM if you connect one.
The lead stays in your dashboard even if a delivery fails, and a failed delivery is retried on a schedule and replayable from the dashboard. CRM deliveries are signed with HMAC-SHA256, so your system can check they came from us. Each scan can also tell your analytics and ad tags when it starts and finishes, with no product name in any event name, key or value.

Keep the conversation going
The prospect gets a report page they can forward, and you can follow up with the same page. It is hidden from search engines, so it never competes with your site. The link stays live for 90 days. If report storage is unavailable, the report is emailed with no page.
Add your booking link and the report ends with a second button beside your own call to action. One thing is ours: the page is served from our host, app.rivalgauge.com. Everything on the page is yours. The web address is not.

Integrations
Works with the tools you already use.
Every lead is saved in your dashboard and emailed to you. There is no RivalGauge plugin to install in your CRM. One signed webhook carries the lead as plain JSON to any HTTPS address you set: GoHighLevel directly, or other CRMs through Zapier or Make. You can also add your booking link to the report.

Priced per agency, not per scan.
Every plan is the same product and every plan is white label. No tier is sold a lesser report. What more money buys is volume: how many scans a month, and how many client sites you can put under monthly monitoring.

Questions
The things agencies ask first.
If the answer you need is not here, ask us and it will be.
Is it really white label?
Yes. Your logo, your colours and your button appear on the scanner, the report page and the emailed report. No "powered by" line appears unless you switch attribution on, and it is off by default.
Reports are emailed from a neutral address until your own domain is verified, then from your address. Sending from your own domain is set up by hand. Write to support@rivalgauge.com with the domain you want to send from; it needs DNS records added on your side, and the neutral sender keeps working until then.
One thing is ours: the shareable report page is served from app.rivalgauge.com. Everything on that page is yours. The web address is not.
What counts as a scan?
One completed report for one website. A prospect who submits the same domain twice inside 24 hours, for the same trade and city, gets the same report and does not use a second scan. Ask about a different trade or a different city and that is a different question, so it counts as a new scan. Your allowance resets monthly.
A scan that fails before it finishes still shows up as a lead, so you can see who tried.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your company name and email, add your branding, preview it, and run one scan of a real site to see it work. No card is asked for at any point in that.
We ask for a card when you press Go live. That is when your hosted scanner page starts answering and your widget is allowed to answer on the sites you list. Your 14-day free trial starts from that press, not from signup, so setup time does not use up your trial.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Manage billing button in your dashboard. Or write to support@rivalgauge.com, and one message is enough.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and nobody tries to talk you out of it.
Which CRMs does it work with?
GoHighLevel, and any CRM that accepts a webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n. Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive connect that way. Your dashboard keeps every lead even if a delivery to your CRM fails.
For whoever sets it up: each lead is posted as flat JSON with top level keys, because GoHighLevel maps top level keys by clicking them. The request carries an X-Signature header, an HMAC-SHA256 of the exact bytes sent, keyed on a signing key that belongs to your account alone.
What happens if an existing client scans their own site?
List the websites you already manage and client safe mode takes over. If a client scans one of them, they see a message you wrote instead of a report card, so nobody is handed a grade on work you did.
You still get the full report and the grades.
How does it go on my site?
You set it up yourself. Sign up and your dashboard link arrives by email. Upload your logo, pick your two colours and write your button. A preview beside the form shows the scanner and the shared report in your branding. The preview runs on sample figures and is drawn by the same code as the real thing, so what you approve is what a prospect gets.
Then copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it into your website. The same line shows the scanner on the page, in a pop-up behind a button, or in a tab in the corner. The pop-up and the tab do not load until someone clicks. Or skip the code and share your hosted scanner link.
What does monthly monitoring do?
When you switch it on, the client websites you already list are scanned again once a month. You get one email, under your branding, showing what changed. Every site on your list when that month's run starts is accounted for in that email: checked and changed, checked and unchanged, or not checked and why. Nothing is ever sent to your prospects or your CRM.
The scans come out of your normal monthly allowance rather than costing anything extra, and your plan sets how many sites are covered: 5 on Founding, 15 on Core, 50 on Pro. A site has to have been scanned at least once through your account before it can be monitored, so if none of the sites on your list has been scanned yet, there is nothing to compare against and no email goes out that month. Run one scan of a site and it joins the next month, and so does a site you add after a month's run has already started.
You switch monitoring on yourself in the dashboard, and turning it on after the 3rd of a month starts it the following month.
Where do the competitors come from?
The scanner looks up Google’s list for the trade and city in the scan while it runs, and compares the site with the first businesses on that list that have a website. You never build a competitor list.
Review counts are read at the moment the scan runs. Domain rating comes from Ahrefs and may have been retrieved earlier, and the report states the date for each.
Let prospects see the comparison for themselves.
Set up the scanner under your brand and put it where local business owners will find it.
